HFMA Volunteer Day - May 24,2009

Several HFMA members went to the Christie Simonetti play deck at the Galisano Children’s Hospital on the University of Rochester Strong Medical Center’s campus for some spring cleaning.  Some members scrubbed floors and washed windows while others cleaned toys, books, highchairs, and play carts for the upcoming summer.  Thank you to all who participated in this experience, the children were very grateful.

Hillside Special Santa Program for 2008

Many thanks to all 16 of those who were able to participate in the Hillside Special Santa Program for 2008.  As we were informed, almost 6,000 children are served through this program requiring 19,000 gift items.  Anticipating the wonderful joy that these children will experience opening their packages
made this a delightful and fun project. Many thanks to you for your part of making this project successful by donating your time. This year HFMA was able participate for an entire day.
